Refund policy

We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with original packing and tags within thirty (30) days of your purchase for an exchange or a return (30 days from the day of delivery).

• Returns and exchanges apply to all items, including discounted and sale items.
• Altered apparel is not applicable for return or exchange.
• Merchandise must be exchanged or returned with the original invoice.
• Delivery charges for return to be borne by the customer.
• All refunds are done via IBFT (Inter Bank Funds Transfer) within 96 hours of receiving the product.
