Refund policy

We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with original packing and tags within thirty (30) days of your purchase for an exchange or a return (30 days from the day of delivery). Return is applicable on non-discounted items only

Sale/Clearance items are not applicable for return.

Alteration of apparels are not applicable for return/exchange.

Merchandise must be exchanged or returned with the original invoice.

Delivery charges for return to be borne by the customer.

All refunds are done via IBFT (Inter Bank Funds Transfer) within 96 hours of receiving the product.
