Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIME:

It takes one working day to process your order. All orders received before 4:30 PM on a working day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 4:30 PM are processed and dispatched the next day.

In case an order is placed on Sunday or on a holiday; the order will be processed on the next working day.

All orders will be processed after phone verification from the customer.

SHIPPING PARTNER:

All orders are dispatched via LEOPARD and tracking number is provided to customer once the order is shipped.

PAYMENT:

We accept payment through Cash on Delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

A flat delivery charge of Rs 250 applies to all orders, anywhere in Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery is free on orders over Rs 3,500.

Fast delivery, 1 to 2 working days, is available on any order to any city for Rs 500. It replaces the standard charge rather than being added to it, and applies whatever the order value.
